The charm of Moncayo, its legends and its people captivate the vast majority of its visitors. "Villa Encanto" is located in an unbeatable location, in a mountain area 400 meters from Alcalá de Moncayo, at the gates of the Moncayo Natural Park. The house is really very cozy and from its porch you enjoy privileged views of the Moncayo Natural Park and its magical mountain.
The house is distributed on one floor and has heating, fireplace, 2 bathrooms, 2 small private gardens, 3 bedrooms, parking and everything you need (and more) to spend a season.
The urbanization has a swimming pool, bar-cafeteria, playground, viewpoints and sports center with tennis court, football, basketball and pelota court. We are in the heart of Moncayo and surrounded by a forest of oaks and oaks. In the vicinity of the house are marked several routes for hiking.
